Lebanese M1 Group has made a 210-million-dollar-deal (153 million of euros) this Summer to acquire Nice-based brand "Façonnable", currently owned by the American firm Nordstrom which sells all the activities (design, production, licensing and distribution). M1 Group intends to develop Façonnable in Europe (London, Milan, Rome), to strengthen its position in the USA (Beverly Hills and New York) and to diversify products: leather, apparel for children, furniture...

In agreement with EDF, windmill power specialist Théolia (Aix-en-Provence) is willing to acquire 84,5% of share capital of the Compagnie Eolienne du Détroit, which manages a 50,4 MW windmill power plant in the North of Morocco (84 windmills producing about 190 GWh).
Moreover, Théolia has recently created Théolia Emerging Markets, subsidiary dedicated to constructing and operating solar and windmill power plants in emerging countries like the Maghreb (first of all in Morocco where Théolia Emerging Markets has been based).
