The French competitiveness cluster 'Secured Communicating Solutions' (SCS) has signed a cooperation agreement with a Tunisian consortium composed of the El Ghazala ICT park and the Sfax and Sousse science and technology parks. This should further information exchanges, partnerships, links between universities, research centres and businesses, the creation of technology resource centres, as well as the integration of Tunisian or French partners in R&D projects.
